基于磁共振成像的影像组学在乳腺癌诊疗中的应用

The use of radiomics based on MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

乳腺癌发病率高,死亡率高,而且乳腺癌的发病率一直缓慢上升,发病年龄在我国比西方国家年轻。而影像组学作为一项新兴技术,有望以无创的方式指导乳腺癌的临床诊疗,已成为广大学者研究的热点。本文通过复习近年来的相关文献,就基于MRI的影像组学在乳腺癌诊疗中的应用进行综述。

Breast cancer has a high incidence and mortality rate,and the incidence of breast cancer has been slowly increasing,and the age of onset is younger in China than in western countries.And imaging histology,as an emerging technology,is expected to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in a non-invasive manner,and has become a hot spot for research by a wide range of scholars.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,the author reviews the application of MR imaging-based radiomics in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
