摘要
2018年一个专家小组提出膀胱影像报告和数据系统(VI-RADS)评分,旨在标准化膀胱癌分期的MRI评估和报告。一些评估VI-RADS预测肌层浸润性膀胱癌价值的研究已经发表,多数研究者认为它是鉴别非肌层浸润性膀胱癌和肌层浸润性膀胱癌的可靠工具。但它在膀胱癌中的运用仍存在许多局限性。本文将重点就近年来将VI-RADS新技术用于膀胱癌诊断的研究进展及其局限性作一综述。
In 2018,a panel of experts presented the vesical imaging-reporting and data system(VI-RADS)score,which aims to standardize the MRI assessment and reporting of bladder cancer staging.Some studies have been published to evaluate the value of VI-RADS in predicting MIBC,and most researchers believe that it is a reliable tool to distinguish between NMIBC and MIBC.However,there are still many limitations in its application in bladder cancer.This article will focus on the research progress and limitations of VI-RADS techniques in the diagnosis of bladder cancer in recent years.
