自拟宣肺化痰颗粒治疗小儿风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of self prepared Xuanfei Huatan Granules in the treatment of children with wind evil invading the lung syndrome cough variant asthma and its effect on immune function

目的探讨自拟宣肺化痰颗粒治疗小儿风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择江苏省镇江市中医院2018年3月到2021年5月接诊的80例风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟宣肺化痰颗粒治疗。两组均持续治疗6周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后咳嗽症状评分及免疫球蛋白(Ig)E、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日间及夜间咳嗽症状评分、IgE、EOS较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟宣肺化痰颗粒治疗小儿风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果明显,且有利于促进免疫功能恢复,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the the effect of self prepared Xuanfei Huatan Granules in the treatment of children with wind evil invading the lung syndrome cough variant asthma and its effect on immune function.Methods A total of 80 children with wind evil invading the lung syndrome cough variant asthma admitted in Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from March 2018 to May 2021 were selected as study objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide Suspension on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was given self prepared Xuanfei Huatan Granules on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for six weeks.The clinical efficacy,cough symptom scores,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,and eosinophils(EOS)before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores,IgE,and EOS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self prepared Xuanfei Huatan Granules have obvious curative effect on cough variant asthma in children with wind evil invading the lung syndrome,and it’s beneficial to promote the recovery of immune function and has high clinical application value.
