温病学家吴鞠通提出“治上焦如羽”,即针对温病邪在上焦的病证,宜从“轻”施治。耳鼻咽喉居于人体头颈部,皆为清窍,位属上焦,非轻不能上达。临床治疗该部位的疾病多选用质地轻清之品,同时配合气味芳香与引经之药,以助药达病所,属“治上焦如羽”的范畴。本文基于“治上焦如羽”在耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病,尤其对疾病初期治疗中的具体应用展开了论述,以期更好地指导临床治疗。
