穴位贴敷联合火龙灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

Effect of acupoint application combined with fire-dragon moxibustion in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合火龙灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月于安徽省亳州市中医院治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组各40例。对照组选择穴位贴敷治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上选择火龙灸治疗。治疗30 d后,比较两组临床疗效、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、数字分级法(NRS)评分、中位频率的斜率(MFs)及屈曲伸直比(FER)。结果联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组JOA评分高于治疗前,NRS评分低于治疗前,且联合组JOA评分高于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MFs高于治疗前,FER低于治疗前,且联合组MFs高于对照组,FER低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合火龙灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中应用能改善临床疗效及腰背痛,同时可使腰椎功能提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with fire-dragon moxibustion in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse who were treated at the Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Anhui Province from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided in to control group and combined group,each group were divided into 40 cases.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the combination group was treated with fire-dragon moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After 30 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,median frequency slope(MFs),and flexure elongation ratio(FER)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the NRS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MFs in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,FER in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,MFs in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,FER in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with fire-dragon moxibustion in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse can improve the curative effect and low back pain,at the same time,can improve the function of the lumbar spine.
