中医药文化视域下医药类高校廉政文化建设思考与探究

Thoughts and explorations on the construction of clean government culture in medical colleges and universities from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine culture

廉政文化建设是“全面从严治党”的关键环节,是学校可持续发展的重要保障。中医药文化与廉政文化理论内在联系息息相关,如何依托中医药文化提升廉政文化建设水平,是高校迫切需要解决的现实课题。通过问卷调查分析医药类高校廉政文化建设现状:“廉政精神模糊、监督机制缺乏、教育载体落后。”依托中医药文化理论,本文提出廉政文化建设路径:“唤醒师生廉政道德自觉、完善廉政文化体系准则、丰富廉政文化表现形式。”以期为医药类高校廉政文化建设提供理论借鉴。

The construction of clean government culture is the key link of“ensuring full and strict governance over the Party”and the important guarantee of the sustainable development of the school.Traditional Chinese medicine culture is closely related to the theory of clean government culture,how to rely on traditional Chinese medicine culture to improve the level of clean government culture construction,is an urgent need to solve the realistic subject.The current situation of clean government culture construction in medical colleges and universities is analyzed through questionnaire survey:“clean government spirit is vague,supervision mechanism is lacking,and education carrier is backward.”Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine culture,this paper puts forward the construction path of clean government culture:“Awakening the moral consciousness of clean government among teachers and students,perfecting the norms of clean government culture system,and enriching the expression forms of clean government culture.”In order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of clean government culture in medical colleges and universities.
