摘要
随着全球科技的发展,信息时代逐渐发展为人工智能时代。人工智能推动着医学衍生出更多的技术与创新。“人工智能+医疗”为医患双方带来便捷的就医诊疗体验,市场需求巨大。然而,目前高等医学教育中人工智能相关的师资队伍少,开展的人工智能课程尚不完善,导致培养的医学人工智能复合型人才供不应求。职业的革新是推动教育改革的原动力,高等医学教育的变革必将踏上征程。本文将深入探索当前医学发展模式,分析国内外医学教育的变革现状,挖掘医学教育的顶层设计及政策,提出推动人工智能时代医学教育发展的重要举措,助力国家精准医疗。此外,在高等医学教育中需加强对“人工智能+医疗”所带来的伦理和法律问题的认识,正确有效地利用人工智能为医学服务。
With the development of global science and technology, the information age has gradually developed into the age of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is deriving more technologies and innovations in medicine.“artificial intelligence + medical” brings convenient medical treatment experience to both doctors and patients, which has huge market demand. However, at present, there are few artificial intelligence-related teaching staff in higher medical education, and the artificial intelligence courses carried out are not yet complete, leading to the shortage of medical artificial intelligence compound talents. Vocational innovation is the driving force of educational reform, and the reform of higher medical education is bound to embark on a journey. This article will deeply explore the current medical development model, analyze the current situation of medical education reform at home and abroad, explore the top-level design and policies of medical education, and put forward important measures to promote the development of medical education in the age of artificial intelligence, so as to help national precision medicine. In addition, in higher medical education, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the ethical and legal issues brought about by“artificial intelligence + medical”, and correctly and effectively use artificial intelligence for serve medicine.
