Treatment strategy and progress of laryngeal cancer

喉癌是一种男性人群高发的恶性肿瘤。几十年来,随着放疗技术的发展,早期喉癌的治疗取得了重大进展,根治性放疗开始成为早期喉癌的主要治疗模式。而对于晚期喉癌的治疗,如何能在治疗疾病的前提下提高生活质量,一直存在着争议。本文就当下治疗的主要方法进行总结,以期为临床的治疗提供参考。

Laryngeal cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence in men.In recent decades,with the development of radiotherapy technology,great progress has been made in the treatment of early laryngeal cancer,and radical radiotherapy has become the main treatment mode for early laryngeal cancer.As for the treatment of advanced laryngeal cancer,how to improve the quality of life under the premise of treating the disease has always been controversial.This paper summarizes the main methods of current treatment in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
