^(131)I治疗作为分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid cancer,DTC)常规治疗手段之一,其常见的毒副反应之一是唾液腺功能障碍。由于DTC患者生存期长,唾液腺功能障碍会影响患者的日常生活和心理健康,逐渐引起许多学者的担忧。了解^(131)I治疗后导致的唾液腺功能障碍的机制、临床表现和诊治方法对于提高患者的生活质量至关重要。因此,本文对DTC患者^(131)I治疗后导致的唾液腺功能障碍进行了系统的综述。

As one of the routine treatment methods of differentiated thyroid cancer,one of the most common side effects of^(131)I therapy is salivary gland dysfunction.Because of the long survival period of DTC patients,the salivary gland dysfunction will affect the patients'daily life and mental health,which gradually caused many scholars'concern.It is very important to understand the mechanism,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of salivary gland dysfunction after^(131)I therapy.Therefore,this article systematically reviews the salivary gland dysfunction of DTC patients after^(131)I therapy.
