渔业科研院所创新团队发明专利成果储备浅析--以中国水产科学研究院南海水产研究所为例

Analysis on patent achievements reserve of innovation teams in fishery research institutes——A case study of South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute,CAFS

以中国水产科学研究院南海水产研究所院级创新团队取得的有效发明专利成果为研究对象,采用SEO数据查询工具进行分类统计和词频分析,结合省级科研奖励获奖成果中发明专利使用情况给出相关建议。结果显示,团队首席在专利成果培育中起重要牵头作用(人均3.5件);有效发明专利主要集中于水产养殖技术领域(31件)、水产遗传育种领域(26件)和渔业装备与工程领域(23件);发明专利对省级奖励的成果培育具有重要的支撑作用,使用发明专利的成果在2011-2020年度省级科研奖励获奖成果中占比达77%;词频分析表明,多数团队的专利名称关键词与团队研究方向有较高契合度。相关结果可为创新团队的专利培育和考核评估提供数据参考。

Taking the effective invention patent achievements obtained by the institute level innovation teams of South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute as the research object,the classification statistics and word frequency analysis were carried out by using SEO data query tool,and relevant suggestions were given in combination with the use of invention patents in the scientific research award-winning achievements of provincial levels.The results showed that the team leader played an important leading role in the cultivation of patent achievements(3.5 patents per capita).Effective invention patents were concentrated in the field of aquaculture:31 in the field of aquaculture technology,26 in the field of aquaculture genetics and breeding,and 23 in the field of fishery equipment and engineering,respectively.For provincial award-winning achievements during 2011—2020,achievements using invention patents accounted for 77%,which meant that the invention patent played an important supporting role in the cultivation of provincial awards.Word frequency analysis showed that patent name keywords and team research direction had a high degree of correlation for most teams.These results can provide data reference for patent cultivation and evaluation of innovation team.
