摘要
以最新资料为依据,介绍了伽利略卫星导航系统(Galileo)艰辛的发展历程,包括与我国北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)及美国全球定位系统(GPS)的导航频率之争、与GPS的导航信号专利之争;阐述了Galileo的现代化计划,包括星载设备及地面段设备的现代化、高精度服务(HAS)功能、求救信号返回链接消息(RLM)功能,为我国BDS的现代化提供参考。
Based on the the latest documents from public issues,this paper reviewed the difficult development history of Galileo satellite navigation system(Galileo),including the navigation frequency disputes among Chinese BeiDou satellite navigation System(BDS)and the United States Global Positioning System(GPS),and the navigation signal patent conflict with GPS.This paper explains Galileo's modernization plan,including the modernization of navigation satellites and ground segment equipment,High-Precision Service(HAS)functions,and the Return Link Message(RLM)function.The lessens and modernization plans can be as reference for future development of BDS.
