摘要
在课程思政背景下,食品专业课程需改变传统授课方式,将课程思政融入每一门课程,实现专业教育和思政教育的有机结合。针对课程思政融入食品专业课程存在的主要问题,提出在课程目标、课程内容、第二课堂、教师思政意识和能力、课程评价等方面的改进策略,深度挖掘并开发食品专业知识体系中的思政元素,在保证专业知识技能掌握的同时,润物无声地实现思政育人目标,为课程思政融入食品专业类课程提供参考和借鉴。
Under the background of ideological and political education,the food science major curriculum needs to change the traditional teaching method,integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum of food science major to realize the organic combination of professional education and ideological and political education.Aiming at the problems existing in the ideological and political construction of food professional courses,the article puts forward the improvement strategies in course objectives,course content,second classroom,teachers'ideological and political awareness and ability and course evaluation.The strategies deeply explore and develop the ideological and political elements of food science major's knowledge system,ensuring the mastery of professional knowledge and skills,and silently realize the goal of ideological and political education,which provides reference to integrate ideological and political construction into the curriculum of food science major.
