新工科背景下粮食工程专业人才培养模式改革研究与实践 被引量:6

摘要 在国家构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展时机,培养粮食产业急需的高素质创新型和复合应用型人才,符合国家现代农业发展要求。而当前高等学校存在粮食工程专业发展动力不足,人才培养目标有待拔高,实践实训资源无法满足需求等人才培养困境。文章基于“新工科”建设深入推进背景下,聚焦粮食工程专业人才培养发展需求,梳理专业发展现状及存在问题,分别从培养目标创新、课程结构优化、教学模式改革和产业对接提升等方面进行论述,以期为粮食工程专业人才培养提供思路和理论支持。 It is a direct reflection of ensuring national food security and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization to cultivate high-quality innovative and composite applied talents urgently needed by the grain industry at the new development opportunity of mutual promotion of domestic and international double cycles.The research shows that the current colleges and universities food engineering major development motivation is insufficient,talent training objectives need to be elevated,practice and training resources cannot meet the needs of talent training difficulties.Hence,this article is based on efforts to build a"new engineering"in-depth background,focusing on food engineering development needs of talent cultivation,combing the professional development status quo and existing problems,respectively,from training target,curriculum structure optimization,innovation teaching mode reform and industrial docking ascension is discussed,so as to provide ideas for food engineering professional talent training scheme and theoretical support.
