Exploration on the Training Model of Internet of Things Talents Oriented by Digital Transformation of Grain Industry

针对粮食数字化转型发展过程对物联网专业技术人才的迫切需要,分析了粮食物联网专业人才培养现状及其存在的问题,并从培养目标优化、培养方案创新、科研平台支撑等方面,探析了粮食物联网人才培养模式的具体构建方式。旨在为培养具有扎实的物联网工程专业基础、宽广的粮食行业知识背景与粮食数字化视野的复合型创新人才提供借鉴与参考,以满足国家粮食数字化转型发展对物联网工程专业人才的特定需求,为国家实施“人才兴粮”战略提供坚实人才支撑。

With the digital transformation and development,the grain industry is in urgent need of professional technical talents of the Internet of Things.In this work,we analyze the current situation and existing issues of professional talent training for the grain Internet of Things,and explores corresponding construction methods of the talent training model from the aspects of training goal optimization,training program innovation,and scientific research platform support.It is expected to provide some reference for cultivating composite innovative talents with solid professional foundation of Internet of Things,broad knowledge background of grain industry and grain digitalization vision,so as to meet the specific needs of the Internet of Things professionals for the digital transformation and development of the grain industry,and provide the solid support for the national strategy of the'Talented person promotion of grain'.
