摘要
为提高测定玉米脂肪酸值的准确性和精密度,根据GB/T 20570-2015测定玉米脂肪酸值,并对影响玉米脂肪酸值结果的各种因素进行了分析,主要包括扦取样品、仪器设备、样品提取过滤、样品滴定、不确定度的影响。研究结果表明,实验过程中不确定度对结果的影响最大,应特别重视。所以,只有提高质检员的技能水平,才能有效确保实验结果的可靠性及客观性,切实为粮食储存提供有力的技术保障。
In order to improve the accuracy and precision of corn fatty acid value,maize fatty acid value was determined according to GB/T 20570-2015,and various factors affecting the results of corn fatty acid value were analyzed thoroughly,including cutting samples,instruments and equipment,sample extraction and filtration,sample titration and uncertainty.Results show that the uncertainty in the course of the experiment affects the results the most.Therefore,only by improving the skill level of the quality inspectors,can we ensure the reliability and objectivity of the experimental results effectively,and improve the strong technical support for grain storage effectively.
