摘要
从邯郸魏县患病锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio koi)体内分离获得一株革兰氏阴性菌,对其形态特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列进行分析,鉴定其为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii);经人工感染试验,发现菌液浓度3.0×10^(10)CFU/mL下感染锦鲤发病,对发病锦鲤进行病原菌分离、观察、生理生化特性鉴定及16S rDNA序列分析,与感染试验菌株为同一种菌。采用微量肉汤稀释法对该菌株进行药敏试验,发现其对盐酸多西环素、恩诺沙星、氟甲喹、氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠、磺胺甲噁唑+甲氧苄啶敏感,对硫酸新霉素中度敏感。
A Gram-negative strain of bacteria was isolated from diseased Cyprinus carpio koi from Wei County in Handan.The strain was identified as Aeromonas veronii by morphological characteristics,physiological,biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.It was found that the Cyprinus carpio koi was infected with the concentration of the strain of 3.0×10^(10)CFU/mL in artificial infection test.The isolated pathogenic bacteria from the infected Cyprinus carpio koi were identified as the same strain as the experimental strain by morphological characteristics observation,physiological,biochemical characteristics identification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.It was found that the strain was sensitive to doxycycline hydrochloride,enrofloxacin,flumequine,flubenicol,methanomycin,sulfamethoxazole sodium,sulfamethoxazole+trimethoprim,and moderately sensitive to neomycin sulfate.
