大学生手机依赖与家庭亲密度的相关研究

Relationship of mobile phone dependence and family intimacy of college students

目的探讨大学生手机依赖与家庭亲密度之间的相关关系,为预防和干预大学生手机依赖提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法,2019年5月在云南省昆明市某高校使用手机成瘾指数量表和家庭亲密度量表对272名大学生进行手机依赖与家庭亲密度的调查研究和相关分析。结果①手机依赖的低效性因子在性别上差异有统计学意义(t=-2.25,P<0.05)、失控性因子在生源地的维度上差异有统计学意义(t=-2.27,P<0.05);②手机依赖总体得分与家庭亲密度呈负相关(r=-0.222,P<0.01),家庭亲密度与手机依赖的各因子也呈负相关。③在手机依赖上,家庭亲密度存在负向预测(F=13.965,P<0.01,R2=0.049)。结论家庭亲密度高的大学生手机依赖低,家庭亲密度低的大学生对手机依赖更严重。增强大学生与家庭的亲密度有助于减少手机依赖现象。

Objective To explore the correlation between college students'mobile phone dependence and family intimacy,it will provide a reference for the prevention and intervention of college students'mobile phone dependence.Methods By the random sampling,272 current students of the university in Kunming City were randomly sampled to investigate the relationship between mobile phone dependence and family intimacy using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI)and Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale(FACES-Ⅱ)in May 2019.Results①In terms of gender,the differences in some inefficiency factors of mobile phone dependence were statistically significant(t=-2.25,P=0.026).For the origin of students,there were statistically significant differences in the out-of-control factors(t=-2.27,P=0.024).②There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of mobile phone dependence and family closeness(r=-0.222,P<0.01),and also a negative correlation was found between family intimacy and various factors of mobile phone dependence.③The negative prediction of family intimacy on mobile phone dependence was significant(F=13.965,P<0.01,R2=0.049).Conclusion College students with high family intimacy are less dependent on mobile phones,while college students with low family intimacy are more dependent on mobile phones.Therefore,increasing college students'closeness to their families is beneficial to reducing mobile phone dependence.
