中高本贯通培养视角下的新商科技术技能人才培养课程体系研究

On the Training Curriculum System of New Business Technical Talents from the Perspective of the Sequential Training of Secondary Vocational,High vocational and Undergraduate Education

加强中高本贯通培养是加快构建中国特色现代职业教育体系,不断提升职业教育适应性的重要途径。在贯通培养的过程中,课程是衔接和贯通的重要支点,因此,构建具有鲜明商科特色的、动态演化的新商科技术技能人才培养课程体系具有重要意义。贯通培养视角下构建的新商科技术技能人才培养课程体系包括了以商业文化、互联网思维等为核心的新商科文化素质教育课程体系;以创新创业、职业生涯规划等为核心的创新创业教育课程体系以及具有新商科特色的统化专业课程体系。

Strengthening the sequential training of secondary vocational,high vocational and undergraduate education is an important approach to not only construct modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics but also improve vocational educational adaptability.Due to the fact that curriculum plays an essential role in delivering sequential training,it’s important to construct dynamic training curriculum with business characteristics.This paper proposes a new curriculum system for business technical talents cultivation,which includes courses of business culture and Internet thinking,innovative entrepreneurship and career planning,as well as those with new commercial characteristics.
