速干型单组分聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂的研制与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Fast Drying One-component Polyurethane Foam Sealant

通过加入聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂专用的固化剂FA58,改性多元醇(JG-260),配制成了快速固化的单组分聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂,并对其表干时间、保质期及固化好的泡沫性能进行了测试。结果表明,FA58添加量越多,固化时间越短,但泡沫的强度降低,保质期变短,最佳添加量为组合聚醚的1‰~3‰;催化剂双吗啉二乙基醚对表干时间有一定影响,最佳添加量为组合聚醚的5‰~8‰;JG-260添加量越多,固化越快,但组合聚醚黏度变大,填缝剂喷出率降低,固化好的泡沫强度降低,最佳添加量为组合聚醚的3%~5%。

A fast curing one component polyurethane foam sealant was prepared by adding polyurethane curing agent FA58 and modified polyol(JG-260).The tack-free time,shelf life and properties of polyurethane foam were tested.The experimental results showed that the more the amount of FA58 added,the shorter the curing time was,but the strength of foam decreased,and the shelf life shortened.The best addition amount was 1%~3%of the combined polyether.The catalyst bimorpholine diethyl ether has a certain effect on the tack-free time,and the best addition amount was 5%~8%of the combined polyether.The more the amount of JG-260 added,the quicker the curing was.However,the viscosity of the combined polyether increased,the ejection rate of the sealant decreased,the foam strength of the cured foam decreased,and the best addition amount was 3%~5%of the combined polyether.
