阿托伐他汀与阿司匹林结合在社区高血压伴糖尿病患者中的治疗效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin on quality of life in community patients with hypertension and diabetes

目的探讨阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀结合在社区高血压伴糖尿病患者中的治疗效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选2020年1月到2021年8月至我社区院进行治疗的高血压伴糖尿病患者80例,收集临床资料开展本研究,依照治疗方案的差异分为2组,对照组患者接受控糖与降压常规治疗干预,研究组患者进行阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀干预。对比2组疗效、生活质量、血脂及血糖水平以及药物不良反应状况。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组[92.5%与72.5%,χ^(2)=5.12,P<0.05];研究组各项生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗研究组各血糖指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(25.0%与20.0%,P>0.05)。结论对社区高血压伴糖尿病患者通过阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀结合干预,可促进疗效及患者生活质量提升,并可改善血脂、血糖水平,不会增加药物不良反应,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in community patients with hypertension and diabetes and its influence on quality of life.Methods From January 2020 to August 2021,80 patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected for treatment in our community hospital.These patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment plan,and the clinical data of them were collected to carry out this study.Patients in the control group received routine treatment intervention,and the ones in the study group received aspirin combined with atorvastatin intervention.Efficacy,quality of life,blood lipid and blood glucose levels and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of study group was better than control group[92.5%vs 72.5%,χ^(2)=5.12,P<0.05].The scores of quality-of-life in-dexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride,total choles-terol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood glu-cose indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(25.0%vs 20.0%,P>0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of aspirin and atorvastatin in community patients with hypertension and diabetes can pro-mote the curative effect,improve the quality of life of patients and the levels of blood lipid and blood glucose,without increasing the adverse drug reactions.It is worthy of application.
