市域册节段拼装梁预制场设计研究

某中部城市圈新建市域铁路高架桥的简支箱梁采用节段拼装梁,结合其制(存)梁场的设计和施工,从节段划分、梁场选址、平面布置、细部设计、关键参数确定、机械设备配置等方面进行阐述,为今后节段拼装梁预制场设计施工提供参考。

Segmental assembling beam is uesd in a regional railway project,which is located in an urban groups in the middle of China.Based on the design and construction of its beam fabrication and storage yard,the segment division,the location of the beam yard,the overall layout,the detailed design,the determination of key parameters and the configuration of equipment are expounded in this paper,which is expected to provide a reference for the design and construction of segmental assembling beam fabrication and storage yard.
