梅州至潮汕铁路开行动车组列车票价方案研究

Research on the ticket price scheme of Running EMU trains on Meizhou-Chaoshan Railway

梅州至潮汕铁路正式开通运营前,为保证经济效益及社会效益,需对动车组列车票价进行研究,确定合理票价。本次研究根据国家发改委、中国铁路总公司及中国铁路广州局集团相关规定,考虑沿线地区社会经济发展水平、居民出行支付能力,通过与通道内公路、既有普速铁路、小汽车等其他出行方式比价,参考区域内相类似铁路的票价水平,考虑开通初期培育客流等因素,综合制订票价,并对票价可行性进行分析。结果表明,梅汕铁路票价方案合理可行。

Before the Meizhou-Chaoshan Railway is officially opened for operation,in order to ensure economic and social benefits,it is necessary to conduct research on the ticket price of EMU trains and determine a reasonable ticket price.In accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Development and Reform Commission,China National Railway Group Limited and China Railway GuangzhouGroup Co.,Ltd,this study considers the social and economic development level of the areas along the route and the residents*ability to pay for travel,and compares with other travel modes such as highway,existing conventional railways and cars in the corridor,refers to the ticket price level of similar railways in the region,considers factors such as cultivating passenger flow at the initial stage of opening to comprehensively formulate ticket price.At the same time,the feasibility of the ticket price is analyzed.The results show that the ticket price scheme of Meizhou-Chaoshan Railway is reasonable and feasible.
