摘要
目的优化皮肤科个体化加工水丸的制备工艺。方法选取代表的皮肤科协定处方作为研究对象,以丸粒的外观和溶散时间作为评价指标,采用正交试验的方法对丸剂制备过程中丸径、干燥时间和包衣锅转速三个关键影响因素进行优化研究。考察优化工艺的稳定性及适用性。结果皮肤科个体化加工水丸协定处方的最佳制备工艺为A_(1)B_(2)C_(1),即制丸时包衣锅转速调为40 r/min,制成丸径3.0 mm左右的水丸,干燥12 h。结论正交试验优选出的最佳制备工艺稳定、合理,且适用于皮肤科其他个体化加工水丸的制备。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of individualized processed water pills in the dermatology department of our hospital.Methods The representative dermatology agreement prescription was selected as the research object,and the appearance and dissolution time limit of the pellets were used as evaluation indicators.The orthogonal test method was used to determine the three key factors of the pellet diameter,drying time and coating pot speed during the preparation process of the pellets.The stability and applicability of the optimized process were investigated.Results The best preparation process of the dermatological individualized processing water pill agreement prescription is A_(1)B_(2)C_(1),that is,the speed of the coating pan is adjusted to 40 r/min when the pill is made,the diameter of the prepared pill is about 3.0 mm,and it is dried for 12 hours.Conclusion The optimal preparation technology selected by the orthogonal experiment is scientific and reasonable,the result is stable,and it can be used for the preparation of individualized processed water pills in dermatology.
