熊胆开明片联合地塞米松和噻吗洛尔滴眼剂治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的临床疗效

To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiongdan Kaiming Tablets combined with dexamethasone and timolol eye drops in the treatment of Posner-Schlossman

目的探究熊胆开明片联合地塞米松和噻吗洛尔滴眼剂治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的临床疗效。方法采取随机数表法对自2019年6月~2021年6月诊治的青光眼睫状体炎综合征110例分组,各55例,对照组给予地塞米松和噻吗洛尔滴眼剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案上加用熊胆开明片治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、治疗前后视力及眼压、前房水前列素E_(2)含量,角膜后沉着物消失情况,同时观察治疗期间不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后视力较高、眼压较低、前列素E_(2)水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3 d、治疗7 d、治疗14 d、治疗21 d、治疗28 d分别与对照组治疗3 d、治疗7 d、治疗14 d、治疗21 d、治疗28 d相比角膜后沉着物消失率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应,未出现视野缺损或者视杯扩大的情况。结论地塞米松联合噻吗洛尔滴眼剂治疗基础上加用熊胆开明片治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征,可有效地促进缓解相应的临床症状及体征,改善视力及眼压,减少角膜后沉着物,且治疗期间未增加明显不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiongdan Kaiming Tablets combined with dexamethasone and timolol eye drops in the treatment of Posner-Schlossman.Methods A random number table was used to group 110 cases of Posner-Schlossman admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021,55 cases in each group,and the control group was given dexamethasone and timolol eye drops,the observation group was treated with Xiongdan Kaiming Tablets on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Then to compare the clinical efficacy,visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment,the content of aqueous prostaglandin E_(2),the disappearance of post-corneal deposits,and the adverse reactions during the treatment period.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher clinical total effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had higher vision,lower intraocular pressure,and lower levels of prostaglandin E_(2).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the disappearance rate of retrocorneal deposits of the control group treated for 3 d,7d,14 d,21 d,28 d,the disappearance rate of retrocorneal deposits in the observation group were higher after the treatment for 3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and none of the cases had visual field defect or enlargement of the optic cup.Conclusion The treatment of Dexamethasone and timolol Eye Drops combined with Xiongdan Kaiming Tablet was used to treat Posner-Schlossman,which can effectively promote the clinical symptoms and signs,improve vision and intraocular pressure,reduce the corneal retrograde Sedimentation,and not obviously increased adverse reactions during the treatment,have the higher safety.
