优化理疗设备参数治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过优化红外偏振光输出功率、照射时间和照射次数来实现治疗不同时期带状疱疹的最佳疗效。方法:选取2017年9月—2020年12月在理疗科门诊治疗的胸肋部带状疱疹患者186例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组93例。两组均进行常规抗病毒、营养神经药物及红外偏振光联合交变磁场治疗;红外偏振光参数对照组全疗程保持不变,观察组则根据疱疹分期和皮损变化动态调整。结果:两组患者治疗后疱疹疼痛强度方面视觉模拟评分(VAS)和治疗7 d, 20 d后疼痛疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗40 d后,两组疼痛疗效比较,差异无统计学意义。两组皮损情况改善方面比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:根据病情发展情况动态调整治疗参数,可快速有效地降低疼痛强度、缩短疼痛周期。 Objective: To achieve the best curative effect on herpes zoster in different periods by optimizing the output power of infrared polarized light, irradiation time and irradiation times.Method: SelectFrom September 2017 to December 2020,186 patients with sternocostal herpes zoster treated in the outpatient department of physiotherapy were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 93 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional antiviral therapy, nutritional nerve drugs and infrared polarized light combined with alternating magnetic field treatment;infrared polarized light parameters remained unchanged for the whole course of treatment in the control group, while the observation group was dynamically adjusted according to herpes staging and changes in skin lesions.Results: The difference was statistically significant in the visual analogue scale(VAS) score and the pain curative effect after 7 d and 20 d after treatment between two groups(P<0.05).After 40 d of treatment, there was no significant difference in the pain curative effect between the two groups.The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Dynamic adjustment of the treatment parameters according to the development of the disease can quickly and effectively reduce the pain intensity and shorten the pain cycle.
