摘要
目的:探讨大螺距前瞻性心电门控螺旋扫描(Flash spiral)模式下降低管电压在冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年6月—2020年12月拟行CCTA检查的患者52例,随机分为Flash spiral组和前瞻性门控组,每组26例。对两组的图像进行客观和主观评价,并计算有效辐射剂量。结果:Flash spiral组和前瞻性门控组冠状动脉主干的图像噪声、信噪比、对比噪声比及图像主观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Flash spiral组的有效辐射剂量明显低于前瞻性门控组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低管电压Flash spiral扫描可得到满足诊断要求的成像图像,同时显著降低了辐射剂量。
Objective:To investigate the application value of low tube voltage reduction in Flash spiral scanning mode in coronary artery CT angiography.Methods:All 40 patients who were scheduled to undergo CCTA examination in hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:Flash spiral group(n=20)and prospectively-gatedsequence group(n=20).The images of the two groups were evaluated objectively and subjectively,and the effective radiation dose was calculated.Results:There was no significant difference in image noise,signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio between Flash spiral group and prospectively-gatedsequence group,and there was no significant difference in image subjective score between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective radiation dose in the Flash spiral group was significantly lower than that in the prospectively-gatedsequence group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flash spiral scanning with low tube voltage can obtain imaging images that meet the diagnostic requirements and reduce the radiation dose at the same time.
