自制水袋在全麻下仰卧位妇科肿瘤手术中预防枕部压疮的临床效果观察

Study on the clinical effect of self-made water bag on occipital pressure ulcer during gynecological tumor surgery in supine position under general anesthesia

目的:探讨自制水袋在全麻下仰卧位妇科肿瘤手术中预防枕部压疮的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年2月拟行腹腔镜手术的妇科肿瘤患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予防压疮的常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予自制水袋预防压疮。比较两组患者术前压疮危险评分、手术时间、术后6 d皮肤潮湿程度、压疮发生情况及压疮护理满意度。结果:两组患者术前压疮危险评分、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后6 d皮肤潮湿程度、压疮发生率、压疮面积明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组压疮护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制水袋在全麻下仰卧位妇科肿瘤手术中能有效预防枕部压疮的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made water bag in the treatment of occipital pressure ulcers in supine gynecological tumor surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 78 patients with gynecological tumors planned to undergo laparoscopic surgery in hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures to prevent pressure ulcers,and the observation group was given self-made water bags on the basis of the control group to prevent pressure ulcers.The preoperative pressure ulcer risk score,operative time,skin moisture level 6 days after operation,pressure ulcer occurrence and pressure ulcer care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in pressure ulcer risk score and operation time between the two groups of patients before operation(P>0.05),the skin moisture degree,incidence of pressure ulcers,and pressure ulcer area in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 6 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of pressure ulcer care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made water bag can effectively prevent the occurrence of occipital pressure ulcers in supine gynecological tumor surgery under general anesthesia.
