利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Linagliptin Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Elderly

目的:观察利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果,并探析该用药方案的安全性。方法:选择2020年10月-2021年9月日照市中心医院接诊的106例社区老年2型糖尿病患者,以随机数字表法的方式将其分为对照组与研究组,各53例,对照组采取二甲双胍片治疗,研究组采取二甲双胍片联合利格列汀片治疗。比较上述两组患者的治疗效果、血糖指标、血脂指标及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于本组治疗前,两组治疗后各项血糖指标均有所下降,研究组治疗后各项血糖指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前各项血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标显著低于对照组治疗后,且高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区老年2型糖尿病患者予以利格列汀与二甲双胍治疗,临床效果明显,且能有效控制其血糖及血脂水平,并降低不良反应发生率,可在临床上广泛推行。

Objective:To observe the effect of Linagliptin and Metformin in the treatment of community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and explore the safety of this medication regimen.Methods:A total of 106 community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Rizhao Central Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metformin Tablets and the study group was treated with Linagliptin Tablets and Metformin Tablets.The treatment effect,blood glucose index,blood lipid index and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total response rate after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with before treatment in the same group,all blood glucose indexes in the two groups decreased after treatment,and all blood glucose indexes in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood lipid indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the indexes of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Linagliptin and Metformin in community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes has obvious clinical effect,and can effectively control their blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which can be widely implemented in clinical practice.
