水囊联合小剂量缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Water Sac Combined with Low-Dose Oxytocin for Induction of Labor in Term Pregnancy

目的:探究水囊联合小剂量缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月东海县人民医院收治的行足月妊娠引产的产妇为样本,共计60例。实施常规小剂量缩宫素干预的30例产妇调研数据录入对照组,使用水囊联合小剂量缩宫素的30例产妇调研数据录入试验组,分析组间数据差异。结果:试验组引产成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组顺产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组Bishop评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足月妊娠引产对产妇的生理状况影响较大,常规的缩宫素使用虽然能够促进宫颈成熟,但是引产时间较长,产妇受体力限制,在临床引产效果方面受限;通过联合水囊设备,促进宫颈软化与扩张,有效缩短产程,提升引产成功率,临床应用价值显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of water sac combined with low-dose oxytocin for induction of labor in term pregnancy.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2021,a total of 60 women who had undergone a full-term pregnancy induction in Donghai County People's Hospital were selected as the samples.Among them,the survey data of 30 parturients who underwent conventional low-dose oxytocin intervention were entered as the control group,and the survey data of 30 parturients who used water sac combined with low-dose oxytocin were entered as the experimental group.The data differences between the groups were analyzed.Results:The success rate of maternal labor induction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The spontaneous delivery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Bishop score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Induction of labor in term pregnancy has a greater impact on the physiological condition of the parturient.Although conventional oxytocin use can promote cervical maturation,it takes a long time to induce labor,and is restricted by the maternal body force,thus the clinical effect of labor induction is limited;the combination of water sacs equipment promotes the softening and dilation of the cervix,effectively shortens the labor process,and increases the success rate of labor induction.The clinical application value is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
