针刀配合痛点注射治疗腘肌损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupotomy Combined with Pain Point Injection in Treatment of Popliteal Muscle Injury

目的:观察针刀配合痛点注射治疗腘肌损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取北京市丰台区大红门社区卫生服务中心中医科2020年11月-2021年11月收治的90例腘肌损伤患者为研究对象,以患者治疗过程中的不同方法进行分组,分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。其中试验组实施联合治疗,对照组实施常规治疗,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效、疼痛评分以及生活质量评分。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前疼痛评分差别不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组疼痛评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前生活质量评分差别不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于腘肌损伤患者治疗而言,实施针刀配合痛点注射治疗效果显著,能够为患者治疗质量控制提供保障,可在患者治疗中推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with pain point injection in the treatment of popliteal muscle injury.Methods:Totally 90 patients with popliteal muscle injury admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fengtai District Dahongmen Community Health Service Center,Beijing from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into trial group and control group by different methods in the treatment process,with 45 patients in each group.The trial group received combined treatment,while the control group received conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,pain score and quality of life score after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the trial group than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pain score before treatment was not significantly different between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The pain score was significantly higher in the trial group than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Quality of life score before treatment was not significantly different between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The quality of life score was significantly higher in the trial group than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of popliteal muscle injury,acupotomy combined with pain point injection is effective,which can provide the basis for the quality control of patients'treatment,so it can be popularized in patients'treatment.
