PCT、CRP、WBC及前白蛋白联合检测对儿科感染性疾病早期诊断

Value of Combined Detection of PCT,CRP,WBC and Prealbumin in Early Diagnosis of Pediatric Infectious Diseases

目的:分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血白细胞(WBC)及前白蛋白联合检测对儿科感染性疾病早期诊断的价值。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月庆阳市西峰区人民医院收治的200例感染性疾病患儿与100例健康体检者作为研究对象,根据疾病类型分为三组,细菌感染组与非细菌感染组各100例,另选择100例健康体检患儿作为对照组。三组患儿均开展PCT、CRP、WBC以及前白蛋白检测,对比分析检测水平,统计单独检测与联合检测的诊断价值。结果:在PCT、CRP、WBC以及前白蛋白水平上,对照组明显优于细菌感染组、非细菌感染组,非细菌感染组优于细菌感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在阳性检出率上,PCT、CRP、WBC、前白蛋白联合检测明显高于单一PCT检测、CRP检测、WBC检测以及前白蛋白检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、CRP、WBC以及前白蛋白联合检测有助于提高儿科感染性疾病的早期诊断价值,可以提高检出率,为后续治疗提供依据,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective:To analyze the value of combined detection of serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cells(WBC)and prealbumin in early diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods:A total of 200 children with infectious diseases and 100 healthy children in Qingyang Xifeng District People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to the type of disease,they were divided into three groups,with 100 cases in each of bacterial infection group and non-bacterial infection group,and with another 100 healthy children in the control group.PCT,CRP,WBC and prealbumin detections were carried out in the three groups of children,the detection levels were compared and analyzed,and the diagnostic value of single detection and combined detection was calculated.Results:The levels of PCT,CRP,WBC and prealbumin in control group were significantly better than those in bacterial infection group and non-bacterial infection group,and bacterial infection group was better than non-bacterial infection group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of the positive detection rate,PCT、CRP、WBC、prealbumin combined detection was significantly higher than single PCT detection,CRP detection,WBC detection and prealbumin detection,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of PCT,CRP,WBC and prealbumin can help to improve the early diagnosis value of pediatric infectious diseases,increase the detection rate,and provide the basis for the follow-up treatment,which can be further promoted and applied in clinic.
