Objective:To analyze the effect of stepwise rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 380 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received treatment in Zeng Du Hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were randomly divided into study and control groups of equal number of cases(n=190).The control group received conventional interventions, and the study group received stepwise rehabilitation nursing. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score, modified Oswestry disability index(ODI)score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the JOA score and ODI score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the effective rate and the satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stepwise rehabilitation nursing can significantly relieve the pain of patients, improve the function of the patient's lumbar spine, accelerate the recovery of patients, and have high clinical satisfaction, which can be popularized and applied.
