儿童哮喘患病风险情况相关因素分析

Risk Factors Associated with Asthma in Children

目的:通过分析问卷数据研究儿童哮喘发病的相关影响因素。方法:选取2018-2019就诊于北京市东城区第二妇幼保健院门诊的哮喘儿童家庭发放问卷,并最终收到合格问卷184份,回收率100%,其中男121例,女63例。结合描述统计以及Logit回归分析来探索儿童哮喘与其人口学特征及其他健康因素之间的关系。结果:儿童哮喘发病与哮喘家族病史呈显著正相关,与出生体重之间呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:未来应该在临床上鼓励并加强对有哮喘家族病史,出生体重较轻婴幼儿的健康监护。

Objective:To explore factors associated with asthma in children through analyzing the questionnaire data.Methods:Questionnaires were distributed to families with asthma children who came to the outpatient department of Dongcheng No.2 Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital in Beijing between 2018 and 2019.A total of 184 qualified questionnaires were finally collected,with a response rate of 100%,including 121 males and 63 females.Descriptive and Logit regression analyses were adopted to explore the correlation of child asthma with various demographic and health-related factors.Results:Asthma in children is positively correlated with family history and negatively correlated with infant birth weight,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the future,health monitoring on children with asthma family history as well as low birth weight should be strongly strengthened.
