摘要
目的:探讨智能模拟系统在急诊胸痛诊疗培训中的效果。方法:选取2021年1-7月韶关市第一人民医院的培训学员共计88名,依照教学方式不同分设小组,对照组44名,研究组44名,比较两组急救操作情况、临床技能自评结果及出科考试成绩。结果:研究组与对照组在气管插管、胸外心脏按压、电击除颤或转率方面完成操作学员数、模拟操作次数方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在学员平均操作次数及临床操作次数方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用智能化模拟系统教学模式后,研究组在急救技能、急诊临床思维、主动为胸痛患者提供急救服务自评结果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在出科考试中的专业知识、技能操作与综合领域评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊胸痛诊疗培训中,智能模拟系统的运用,既可提升培训学院对急诊知识的理解,也可提升急救技能水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of intelligent simulation system in emergency chest pain training. Methods: A total of88 trainees, who were trained in the Shaoguan First People’s Hospital from January to July 2021, were selected and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods: control group(44 cases) and study group(44 cases). First aid operation, selfevaluation of clinical skills and examination results were compared between the two groups. Results: The number of trainees and the times of simulated operation in the aspects of endotracheal intubation, extrathoracic cardiac compression, and defibrillation by electric shock or rotation rate were not significantly different between the control and study groups(P > 0.05). The average number of operations and the number of clinical operations were significantly different between the control and study groups(P<0.05).After applying the intelligent simulation system teaching mode, the results of self-evaluation in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group in first aid skills, emergency clinical thinking, and proactively providing first aid services to patients with chest pain, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The scores of specialty, skill and comprehensive field in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of intelligent simulation system in emergency chest pain training can not only improve the understanding of emergency knowledge, but also improve the skill level of emergency treatment.
