广西柳州地区多囊卵巢综合症患者中医体质分布规律研究

Study on the Distribution Law of TCM Constitution in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Liuzhou,Guangxi

目的:调查总结出广西柳州地区多囊卵巢综合症(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)患者中医体质分布规律。方法:选取符合本研究所制定纳入标准的PCOS患者120例,通过如实填写中医体质量表及调查表后,结合中医四诊情况,进行患者中医体质辨别,总结归纳出PCOS患者中医体质在广西柳州地区的分布规律。结果:经调查,被纳入患者中医体质辨别中,痰湿体质占比24.2%,湿热体质占比24.2%,气郁体质占比23.3%,血瘀体质占比12.5%,阳虚体质占比7.5%,而5.0%为气虚体质的占比,3.3%为阴虚体质的占比。结论:在广西柳州这一地区中,PCOS患者中医体质分布主要以痰湿、湿热、气郁占比为主,这可能与广西柳州地处岭南,气候湿热较重以及饮食偏奢等习惯有关,这一调查结果为该病在该地区的辨体防治提供了重要流行病学依据。

Objective:To investigate and summarize the distribution law of TCM constitution in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in Liuzhou,Guangxi.Methods:120 patients with PCOS who met the inclusion criteria formulated by the research were selected.After truthfully filling in the TCM body mass table and questionnaire,combined with the four diagnosis of TCM,the TCM constitution of patients was identified,and the distribution law of TCM constitution of patients with PCOS in Liuzhou,Guangxi was summarized.Results:After investigation,the phlegm damp constitution accounted for 24.2%,damp heat constitution accounted for 24.2%,qi depression constitution accounted for 23.3%,blood stasis constitution accounted for 12.5%,Yang deficiency constitution accounted for 7.5%,while 5.0%was Qi deficiency constitution and 3.3%was Yin deficiency constitution.Conclusion:In Liuzhou,Guangxi,the TCM constitution distribution of PCOS patients is mainly phlegm dampness,damp heat and Qi depression,which may be related to Guangxi's habits such as being located in the south of the ridges,heavy climate with damp heat and extravagant diet.This survey result provides an important epidemiological basis for the identification and prevention of the disease in this area.
