外治法促进肛周脓肿术后创面修复的研究进展

肛周脓肿(肛痈)以发病急骤、疼痛难耐、部分患者病情危重为主要特征的一类肛肠科疾患,一旦确诊临床多予手术治疗,但术后因创面疼痛、水肿、继发感染、创面延愈等问题给患者带来诸多不便。文章认真整理了近些年外治法促进肛痈术后创面愈合的研究进展,为今后肛周脓肿术后创面修复提供参考。

Perianal abscess(anal carbuncle) is a kind of anorectal disease characterized by sudden onset, intolerable pain, and critical illness of some patients. Once diagnosed, it is often treated with surgery, but it brings a lot of inconvenience to patients due to wound pain,edema, secondary infection, wound healing and other problems. This article carefully sorted out the research progress of external treatment in promoting wound healing after anal carbuncle surgery in recent years, so as to provide reference for wound repair after operation of perianal abscess in the future.
