探析穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖临床选穴规律

Exploration on the Clinical Acupoint Selection Law of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Abdominal Obesity

目的:通过采用数据挖掘技术,对近10年来有关穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖(AO)的文献进行分析,统计穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖的穴位出现频率,探讨穴位埋线在临床治疗腹型肥胖中的应用状况及其发展变化的趋势,以分析现代穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖的穴位配伍规律。方法:对2011-2021年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普资讯(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库中关于穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖相关文献进行检索及整理。结果:通过检索得到129篇文献,最终录入文献30篇。结论:经分析发现,现代临床研究关于穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖的选穴主要为天枢、中脘、带脉、大横,所属经脉主要为足阳明胃经及任脉穴,所选部位主要是胸腹部和下肢部,特定穴主要选用募穴和五输穴。

Objective:By using data mining technology, this paper analyzes the literature on acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of abdominal obesity(AO) in recent 10 years, counts the occurrence frequency of acupoints in the treatment of abdominal obesity,discusses the application status and development trend of acupoint catgut embedding in the clinical treatment of abdominal obesity, and analyzes the acupoint compatibility law of modern acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of abdominal obesity. Methods: The literatures related to acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of abdominal obesity in China journal full-text database(CNKI), VIP and Wanfang academic journal full-text database from 2011 to 2021 were searched and sorted out. Results: Through searching, 129 articles were retrieved and 30 articles were finally entered. Conclusion: Through analysis, it is found that the acupoints selected in modern clinical research for acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of abdominal obesity are mainly Tianshu, Zhongwan, Daimai and Daheng. The meridians are mainly Zuyangming stomach meridian and Renmai acupoint, which are mainly located in the chest, abdomen and lower limbs. The specific acupoints are mainly Mu acupoint and Wushu acupoint.
