摘要
在广西高校非实名用人制度创新改革的背景下,对广西高校非实名控制数人员薪酬系统的建设进行研究,文章以信息系统提高高校人事管理的工作效率,使非实名控制数人员工资薪酬管理工作简捷化、精准化、数字化、智能化、科学化,为推进广西事业单位非实名用人制度信息化建设与管理提供坚实的数据基础。
Under the background of the innovation and reform of the non-real name employment system in colleges and universities in Guangxi,this paper studies the construction of the salary system of non-real name controlled personnel in colleges and universities in Guangxi,uses the information system to improve the work efficiency of personnel management in colleges and universities,and makes the salary management of non-real name controlled personnel simple,accurate,digital,intelligent and scientific,so as to lay a solid data foundation for promoting the informatization construction and management of non-real name employment system of public institutions in Guangxi.
