摘要 大学生“四史”教育关系到“为谁培养人”“怎样培养人”的问题,是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分。作为大学生思想政治教育骨干力量,“四史”教育是辅导员的政治担当、岗位职责和育人手段。鉴于大学生“四史”教育的战略性意义,辅导员要在教育过程中坚定自信、深化认同、凝聚共识,在优化内容和创新方法等方面下功夫,加强教育实效。 "Four histories"education of college students is related to the problem of"for whom to train people",and it is an important part of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities.As the backbone of college students'ideological and political education,"four histories"education is a political task,responsibility,and educational means of counselors.In view of the strategic significance of the"four histories"education for college students,counselors should grasp the logical points of firm self-confidence,deepening recognition,and consensus in the process of education,and make great efforts in optimizing the content and innovative methods to strengthen the effectiveness of education.
