大学生“四史”教育关系到“为谁培养人”“怎样培养人”的问题,是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分。作为大学生思想政治教育骨干力量,“四史”教育是辅导员的政治担当、岗位职责和育人手段。鉴于大学生“四史”教育的战略性意义,辅导员要在教育过程中坚定自信、深化认同、凝聚共识,在优化内容和创新方法等方面下功夫,加强教育实效。
