Analysis on the Development of Remote Ship Survey under the New Situation

通过梳理国内外船舶远程检验的发展现状,以及新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,船舶远程检验对航运业的影响,分析新形势下推进远程检验在国内外进一步发展的优势及可能遇到的问题,结合实际提出了远程检验在应用场景、检验地位、责任划分等方面的建议。

Based on a review of the international and domestic development of the remote ship survey,especially the influence of the remote survey on the shipping industry since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic,the paper studies the advantages of promoting the further development of the remote survey both at home and abroad under the new circumstances and the possible issues to be confronted with.It also puts forward suggestions on the remote survey from the aspects of application scenarios,survey status,responsibility distribution,etc.
