摘要 通过对融合VSAT卫星通信系统、LTE基站、北斗CORS、船舶安保系统等多种通信系统的研究,以实现船舶海上通信可视化为目标,为海上公务船舶提供高速、稳定的通信服务。船舶出海时,在视频会议、船舶安保、海上取证、业务数据传输、航标巡检、应急指挥搜救、应急无线组网等场景均可实现岸上可视化操作与指挥,增强海上通信服务保障能力,提升应急搜救保障水平,为建设智能航保、服务交通强国提供技术支撑。 The paper studies the integration of various communication systems including VSAT satellite communication system,LTE base station,Beidou CORS,ship security system,etc.,with a view to realizing the visualization of maritime communication for ships and providing high-speed and stable communication services for public service ships at sea.When ships are sailing at sea,visualized operation and command at shore can be realized for the scenarios including virtual meeting,ship security,evidence collection at sea,business data transmission,aids to navigation inspection,emergent command,search and rescue,emergent wireless networking,etc.,thus strengthening the maritime communication service and safeguard capabilities,enhancing emergent search and rescue,and providing technical support for the development of intelligent navigation service and the national Strategy of Building China's Strength in Transportation.
