中国共产党的百年史也是干部教育培训的百年史。我们党干部教育培训的逻辑起点是为党和国家事业发展培养干部,目标是培养德才兼备、以德为先的好干部,原则是坚持理论联系实际。在这一培训逻辑的指导下,我国的干部教育培训事业逐步形成了完备的培训体系和以“关键少数”带动“绝大多数”的培训机制,建立了以理论教育和党性教育为重点内容的培训制度。研究梳理一百年来党的干部教育培训工作的成功经验,对当前做好大规模干部教育培训以及大幅度提升培训质量具有重要的意义。

The 100-year history of the CPC is also a history of cadres education and training.The logical starting point of our Party's cadres education and training is to train cadres for the cause of the Party and the country,the goal is to train good cadres who have both political integrity and lead⁃ership skills,putting morality first,and the principle is to integrate theory with practice.Under the guidance of this training logic,China’s cadres education and training cause has gradually formed a complete training system as well as a training mechanism with“key minority”driving the“vast major⁃ity”,and the theoretical education and Party spirit education has been identified as the focus of the training system.To study and sort out the successful experience of the Party's cadres education and training in the past 100 years is of great significance to do a good job in large-scale cadres educa⁃tion and training and greatly improve the quality of training.
