智能时代我国主流意识形态话语权建构论析

On the Construction of Discourse Power of China’s Mainstream Ideology in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

智能时代的来临,重构着人们的生产方式、生活方式和思维方式,给意识形态话语的生产、传播和治理带来了深刻的变革。在智能时代,我国主流意识形态的话语权建构面临着西方国家依靠智能技术霸权进行的意识形态渗透、资本运作逻辑的人工智能侵入、智能算法推荐衍生的“信息茧房”泛化、智能传播样式带来的受众接受偏好转变等风险挑战。应对这些风险挑战,需要从加强话语阵地、话语主体、话语主题和话语形式建设多角度综合施策,通过净化智能时代下我国主流意识形态的话语环境、锻造与智能时代相适应的意识形态工作队伍、提升智能时代我国主流意识形态的议题设置能力、优化智能时代我国主流意识形态的话语表达,建构起有针对性的应对体系。

The coming of the artificial intelligence era reconstructs people’s mode of production,way of life and way of thinking,and brings profound changes to the production,communication and gov⁃ernance of ideological discourse.In the era of intelligence,the construction of discourse power of Chi⁃na’s mainstream ideology is confronted with such risks and challenges as ideological penetration by western countries relying on the hegemony of intelligent technology,artificial intelligence invasion of capital operation logic,the generalization of“information cocoon house”derived from intelligent algo⁃rithm recommendation,and the change of audience’s acceptance preference brought by intelligent communication style.To deal with these risks and challenges,we need to take comprehensive mea⁃sures from multiple perspectives of strengthening discourse position,discourse subject,discourse theme and discourse form construction.To build a main and targeted response system,we should pu⁃rify the discourse environment of China’s mainstream ideology in the era of artificial intelligence,forging the working group on ideological issues that meet the needs of the artificial intelligence era,improve the mainstream ideology agenda setting ability,and optimize the discourse expression of the mainstream ideology in the artificial intelligence era.
