中国共产党所领导的百年事业发展,离不开教师这一支重要力量的坚实支撑,同时在事业发展过程中,中国共产党也探索并逐渐形成了成熟、系统的教师观。在教师使命观上,从主张教师作为社会民众运动的指导者到强调教师要在教书育人中助推国家建设和中华民族伟大复兴;在教师角色观上,从定位教师为全人生指导者到国家、民族和社会事业发展的基石;在教师地位观上,由主张将教师从被支配阶级地位解放出来到将教师确立为推动社会主义教育事业发展的主体力量;在教师素质观上,始终强调正确政治方向引领下的多方面高品质素质;在教师发展观上,从早期认识到教师自修的意义发展至主张构筑现代教师教育体系。

Teachers are the significant and indispensable support in the course of the Communist Party of China's 100-year development.At the same time,the Communist Party of China(CPC)explored and formed its mature and systematic view on teachers:In terms of the teachers'mission,it changes from advocating teachers as the guidance of social mass movement to promoting national construction and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in teaching and educating people;For the teachers'role,it develops from positioning teachers as the whole life guide to the cornerstone of the development of the country,nation and social undertakings;In terms of the status of teachers,it has developed from advocating the emancipation of teachers from the position of the dominated class to regarding teachers as the subject of socialist education;For the quality of teachers,we always emphasize the high quality of various aspects under the guidance of correct political direction;And in terms of teachers'development,it changes from the early recognition of the significance of teacher self-study to the construction of modern teacher education system.
