摘要 教育专业人才培养经历了从“长者为师”“能者为师”“吏者为师”“学者为师”到“专者为师”的发展演变。创新型教育专业人才是指具有较强的教学能力、科研能力、管理能力、创新意识和创造能力,能够胜任各级各类教育和管理工作的专业人才,包括各级各类学校教师、教育科研机构研究人员、教育行政部门管理人员。培养创新型教育专业人才是新时代深化教育改革、促进教育事业发展与创新的必然要求,是建设教育强国的基础工程,是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的客观需要。新时代教育专业人才培养体系不同于传统教育专业人才培养所呈现的封闭、独立、单一的师范教育体系,而是坚持开放、多元、综合发展取向的中国特色教师教育体系。新时代教育专业人才培养应确立以学生发展为根本、以课堂教学为中心、以学术研究为支撑、以能力培养为本位、以创新发展为动力等五大新型教育理念。在这五大新型教育理念引领下,新时代教育专业人才培养应坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持立德树人的根本宗旨,从创生教师教育哲学、健全人才培养机制、转变人才培养方式三个方面着手,努力培养具有社会责任感和教育使命感、综合素质高、专业能力强的创新型教育专业人才。 Education talents training have experienced the evolution from“the elders are teachers”,“the able ones are teachers”,“the officials are teachers”,“scholars are teachers”and“specialists are teachers”.Innovative educational professionals refer to educational professionals at all levels and various types with strong teaching and scientific research capabilities,high levels of education and management,and innovative awareness and creativity,including school teachers at all levels,researchers in educational and scientific research institutions,and educational administrators.The training of educational professionals goes hand in hand with the development of education.Cultivating innovative education professionals is an inevitable requirement for deepening educational reform and promoting the development and innovation of education.It is a basic project for building a powerful country in education and an objective need for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.The training system of innovative education professionals in the new era is different from the closed,independent and single teacher education system presented by traditional education professionals.However,it is the one with Chinese characteristics that adheres to the orientation of openness,diversity and comprehensive development.The cultivation of innovative education professionals in the new era should establish five new educational concepts:student as the major subjects,teaching-centeredness,academic guidance,competence orientation,and innovation as the driving force.Under the guidance of these five new educational concepts,such cultivation should adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhere to the purpose of establishing morality and cultivate people,and strive to cultivate innovative education professionals with a sense of social responsibility and educational mission,high comprehensive quality and specialty from the three aspects of creating teachers'educational philosophy,improving personnel training mechanism and changing personnel training mode.
