民族地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍高质量发展路径 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国进入新发展阶段,高质量发展成为新时代教育事业发展的客观要求和主要方向。民族地区学前教育是我国教育体系的薄弱环节,其高质量发展必须依托高质量的教师队伍。基于高质量发展理念,良好的师德师风、“适用”人才充足、具备学前教育专业理念与知识、传承中华优秀传统文化,成为民族地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设的标准。然而,教师数量不足、整体素质偏低、队伍内部固化以及管理问题等不利因素,限制了民族地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍的发展。为此,民族地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍教建设应坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,通过加大政策支持力度、建立教师补充机制和专业发展长效机制、多渠道提高师资队伍整体素质等途径,构建民族地区乡村幼儿园教师个人发展支持体系,以促进民族地区乡村幼儿园教师队伍高质量发展,最终提升学前教育整体质量。 With China entering a new stage of development,high-quality development has become the main line of education development in the new era.Preschool education is a weak link in the education system in China,especially in ethnic areas and rural areas.Its high-quality development must rely on high-quality teachers.Based on the concept of high-quality development,noble ethics,sufficient“suitable”talents,professional concept and knowledge of preschool education,and inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture are the standards for the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas.However,the adverse factors such as the small number,low quality,solidification and management problems limit the development of rural kindergarten teachers in minority areas.In order to promote the high-quality development of teachers and ultimately improve the quality of regional preschool education,we should strengthen the policy preference,establish a long-term mechanism of teacher supplement and professional development,and improve the overall quality of teachers through multiple channels.We should construct a supporting system for the personal development of kindergarten teachers in rural ethnic minority areas to promote high-quality development of the teaching team and ultimately improve the overall quality of preschool education.
