摘要
研究了普通型和早强型粉煤灰基灌浆材料、粉煤灰基超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的流动性和强度,发现早强型灌浆料、普通型灌浆料和UHPC均具有很好的流动度,且随着养护龄期的延长,材料的抗折、抗压强度逐渐增大。在装配式桥墩连接施工中,普通型灌浆料表现出良好的体积稳定性,28 d的抗压强度达到78.9 MPa,能够满足预制拼装结构设计对连接部位的性能要求,保证结构的整体性和服役的安全性。
The fluidity and strength of ordinary,earlystrength fly ash-based grouting materials and ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC)were studied.It is found that the early-strength type,ordinary type grouting materials and UHPC all have great fluidity.With the curing age,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the materials increase gradually.The ordinary type grouting material shows well volume stability applied in prefabricated piers,the 28 d compressive strength can reach 78.9 MPa.It can meet the performance requirements of the prefabricated assembly structure design,ensure the integrity of the structure and the safety of service.
