摘要 以G205山深线无棣绕城段改建工程为依托,设计了五种不同基层厚度组合的路面结构方案,并在各试验段中埋设了传感器,开展宽幅大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层施工关键施工参数、工艺与质量控制方面的研究。经对试验数据、工艺参数进行比选优化,最终确定24 cm+30 cm上下连铺的组合方案具有较高的路面结构整体性能和施工便利性。实践证明:宽幅大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层施工工艺可减少层数,解决层间结合、养生等问题,提高整体强度,加快施工进度,减少环境污染。 Paving a molding line based on the deep G205 Wudi around the city turn period of reconstruction project as the backing,has designed five different thickness of composite pavement structure scheme at the grassroots level and bury the sensor in the test section.The key construction parameters,technology and quality control of cement-stabilized macadam base construction with wide width and large thickness were studied.After sorting,comparing and optimizing the test data and process parameters,it is finally determined that the combination scheme of 24 cm+30 cm continuous pavement has higher overall performance of pavement structure and construction convenience.Practice has proved that the construction process of large-width and large-thickness cement stabilized macadamia base can reduce the number of layers,solve the problems of interlayer bonding and health preservation,improve the overall strength,speed up the construction progress,and reduce the environmental pollution.
