Novachip型罩面沥青混合料的试验研究及应用

摘要 对Novachip(C型)罩面沥青混合料进行配合比设计,通过室内试验研究其路用性能。研究表明:Novachip(C型)沥青混合料具备良好的高低温稳定性、水稳定性、抗滑性能及渗水性能。工程应用表明:旧沥青路面在加铺Novachip(C型)沥青混合料后,横向力系数及构造深度分别提高了44.1%及55.8%,抗滑性能提升显著,并具备良好的排水性能,可有效避免雨天路面水雾的产生,提高雨天行车安全。综合室内试验与工程应用研究结果,建议Novachip(C型)沥青混合料中的沥青最佳用量取4.2%。 The mix proportion design of Novachip(C-type)asphalt mixture for overlay is carried out,and its related pavement performance is studied through laboratory tests.The results show that Novachip(C-type)asphalt mixture has good high and low temperature stability,water stability,skid resistance and water permeability.Engineering application shows that the old asphalt pavement is added.After laying Novachip(C-type)asphalt mixture,the transverse force coefficient and structural depth increased by 44.1%and 55.8%respectively,and the anti-sliding performance improved significantly.It also has good drainage performance,which can effectively avoid the formation of water mist on the road surface in rainy days and improve the driving safety in rainy days.Based on the results of laboratory test and engineering application,it is suggested that the optimum asphalt content in Novachip(C-type)asphalt mixture should be 4.2%.
