摘要
为解决半刚性基层的缩裂问题,对低剂量抗裂水稳基层力学性能进行研究。选取水泥剂量为2%、3%、4%三种类型的水稳碎石基层材料,采用室内试验对基层无侧限抗压强度、弯拉强度和弹性模量三大力学指标进行检验分析,并建立试验段,检测基层的回弹模量、路表弯沉值,并钻芯取样判断基层质量。试验结果表明:各剂量基层取芯均完整,剂量越高基层回弹模量越高、弯沉值越低。低剂量水泥稳定类基层质量合格,可用于路面基层,但需要适当增加基层厚度。
In order to solve the shrinkage problem of semirigid base,the mechanical properties of low-dose crackresistant water-stable base were studied.Three types of water-stable crushed stone base materials with cement dosages of 2%,3%,and 4%were selected,and laboratory tests were used to test and analyze the three mechanical indexes of the base,unconfined compressive strength,bending strength,and elastic modulus.Establish a test section to detect the rebound modulus of the base layer,road surface deflection value,and core sampling to determine the quality of the base layer.The test results show that the core of each dose of the base is complete,the higher the dose,the higher the rebound modulus of the base and the lower the deflection value.thickness.
